Geomancy exhibition in Bristol

I will be exhibiting a new artist’s book in Geomancy, a group show at Impact 12, the international Print Conference in Bristol.

Curated by artist Aoife Scott, this exhibition features a selection of fine art prints which explore the medium of printmaking through the prism of the natural world, highlighting the links and harmonies in our symbiotic relationship.

My artist’s book Temporary Fixtures is inspired by the Climate Camp in Kerry which I helped organise in August 2022. In the lead up to the camp, we erected several marquees, built compost toilets and sinks, created signage and lots more. I was fascinated by the ingenious makeshift structures that began to populate this small rural site. In particular, the marquees with their patched and pocked skins, captured my imagination.
